Business Maintenance Agreements: $99 Per Month
Armordyne Computer takes a proactive approach to computer support by scheduling preventative service on a monthly basis.
- One monthly on-site preventative maintenance visit for server and/or workstations
- Monthly report of services performed
- Phone support when you need to talk to a technician*
- 4-hour on-site response when you need on-site service beyond the scheduled maintenance visit *
- Remote Assistance*
- Free "Priority Service" in store ($40 value)
Agreement periods are for 6 months or 1 year and can be used in conjunction with a "Prepaid Account".
*During normal business hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM M-F
Service Rates
$75 per hour during normal business hours — Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Service is on an "as needed" basis.
- Every effort will be made to address and resolve problems within a 24 hour period. *
*4 hour on-site response for clients with "Business Maintenance Agreements"
Prepaid Accounts
Save time and money by purchasing in advance.
Use in conjunction with a "Monthly Maintenance Agreement" for quickest response time and free Priority Service.
- 5 Hour Service Package: $350 - Save $25
- 10 Hour Service package: $650 - Save $100
- 20 Hour Service package: $1200 - Save $300
TERMS:
- Minimum service call is 30 minutes
- Phone support is in 15 minute increments (No charge with "Monthly Maintenance Agreement")
- Service outside of normal business hours will be at 1.5 times the prepaid hourly rate.
